'Net-savvy, celebrities, and socialites we're all lined up to witness who will be the grand winner of PLDT MyDSL Awesome Hunt. Recently held in Club Republiq, it was finally announced who are the Awesome Hunters. In lieu with this ala-"Amazing Race" theme, PLDT MyDSL just installed over 200,000 DSL lines across the country for fast and reliable wired broadband connection. Eight competing teams with two members each we're brought to different MyDSL Awesome Hunt spots where they uploaded their on-line travelogue- on what was their awesome experience. Eight participating teams are: Team Quezon City led by blogger and tour guide Carlos Celdran and celebrity chef China Cojuangco, Team Las Pinas- tech blogger JV Hernandez and actor Luis Alandy, Team Marikina-tv personalities Steven de Silva and Brazilian model/actress Diana Meneses, Team Cavite- Five-time champion drifter Alex Perez and GMA7 actor Mark Herras, Team Rizal- blogger Jane Chua Magic 89.9 DJ Mojo Jojo, Team Dumaguete- actress Ryza Cenon and MYX VJ Anton De Dios, Team Laguna- the mother-son duo of columnist and TV host Dolly Anne Carvajal and showbiz talk show host IC Mendoza and Team Butuan- GMA7 stars Marco Alcaraz and Bella Padilla.

Awesome Hunt winners are: DJ Mojo Jojo and blogger Jane Chua. They both received amazing prizes! A Sony Vaio laptop and a cybershot camera, trip to Dakak for two c/o Cebu Pacific, pizza party from Yellow Cab, one0yr free MyDSL subscription and 50,000 cash-now that's really AWESOME!
