Two years and 7 months later, I am back on this "blogging world". Many things have changed and I don't want to elaborate it one by one. Fast forward to today and on a lighter note, I would like to share what I am swearing by for the past three (3) months.
Aveeno Seaweed & Oatmeal Purifying Body Wash
With all the environmental pollutants, natural ageing plus work-stress that causes skin to look and feel dry, I got bored with my body wash that I was loyal for the past few years and so. I told to myself, I need a big switch and opted for this "pasalubong" and mind you the results are fantastic, rashes are mostly gone without drying your skin and the bonus, it smells so good that can double as an instant bathroom scent.  Three months later and I need a run to SNR or any legit PX goods shop to hoard on this.

If you are using the same body wash, leave a comment below and share your review :-) Have  a good read!!!

New Year's for me means new beginning in all or at least most aspects of my life and for today's post, let me share with you some of my beauty arsenal or what can you see on my beauty counter, hahaha!

The Body Shop's Cucumber Cleansing Milk

This super light cleanser plus it serves as a moisturizer is perfect for those days that you feel your skin needs a  breather and it is good for a humid Manila weather.

L'Occitane Green Tea soap & Hand Cream in Cherry Blossom
It's my first time to use this soap from French label L'Occitane, the smell of green tea is not overpowering and your skin will say "thank you" for its moisturizing benefits. The hand cream on the other hand has a velvety feel when you rub it around and this is perfect for chilly nights.

Kenzo L' Eau2 Pour Femme

My new scent for the year of the water snake is Kenzo's L' Eau2!!! The scent is not too heavy and very refreshing. It spells sophistication and a bit of sweetness but the only downside is the scent doesn't stay that long that I need to re-spray mid- morning but all-in all I love the scent and the clear bottle with the brand's name on it- very clean and minimalist.

What's the newest vanity item on your beauty counter this 2013? Share it by commenting below and I hope that you have a good read! :-)

Silver Rewind at MOA Arena
Last Jan.5, 2013 was one of my many happiest nights, I consider last night "a dream come true." So, as early as now a big, big thank you to my former boss Aleli Bustamante and some people from PLDT Home for the all access and VIP pass to the Silver Rewind concert of the one and only Asia's songbird and DIVA of all divas- Ms. Regine Velasquez.
About to fly while singing "On the Wings of Love"

A shot of sequence guide, I was so excited to belt them out by the songbird!!!

What a spectacular way to spend my first weekend of 2013 by celebrating it (naks naman) and supporting a very special 25th Anniversary Concert of the greatest voice in Philippine Music! You are the one and the only Asia's Songbird!

Over the past two-week Holiday break, I was busy with my family for mall visits and a little Christmas shopping and Christmas dinners with friends. I realized that 2012 was a great year despite of some disappointments, I was able to transfer to a bigger advertising agency (which is a bit nearer to my place), built friendships with new officemates and we are still and will always be together as a family-that will always be the biggest blessing (also in 2012, we have a new niece named Ava-daughter of my brother).

Six days later when we welcomed 2013 with huge arms, we all hope for a better year, a year full of positivity and full of hope. This 2013, I want to do so many things which is long overdue, I made up my 2013 bucketlist that I can share with my readers, hope you could help me to achieve it one way or another:

  • Work more
  • Save
  • Share more blessings
  • Be more active on this blog and eventually get an advertisers Lol
  • Travel
  •  Get that one big purchase Lol
  • Shed off some pounds
  • And truly fall in love
Again, Cheers to 2013 and as I always say let's attract good health and more wealth!!!
After New Year's Party with friends at Palladium
Wishing you all a fabulous 2013 filled with all the love that your family, friends and loved ones could give!!!

With one of my closest friends Jairo
A healthier and wealthier 2013 to all of us! Cheers!!!
And now, how did you celebrate your New Years and where did you go for the after party?

A continuation of a super late post about Ayala Mall's Style Origins. I was part of Style Origins for Trinoma and Market!Market! Sadly, I was not able to get photos from the Trinoma show but for the latter mall, I have it documented together with the celebs that I styled. The Style Origins in Market!Market! also showcased the Men's Fashion Week from designers, Rhett Eala, Jerome Salaya Ang et.al (aside from the usual retail brands).
During the rehearsals Celebrities that I enjoyed styling:
PBB winner Slater Young
Former Phil Volcanoes members
PBB housemate Kevin Fowler
Actor Jake Cuenca who modelled for Rhett Eala The Show
Wonderful creations as always from our talented designers but I'm just wondering if there will be guys who will be wearing a fur hoodie coat (pictured above) on this tropical paradise? Let me know your thoughts.
